The F-450 pickup deserves its own warning. Over its life that truck has worn an 8x225 pattern, a 10x225 pattern, and 8x200, depending on the year and whether it was built as a pickup or a chassis cab. Hub bore. Every 8x200 truck uses a 142mm hub bore. That is a large opening, and it exists because a dually hub is physically bigger than a single-rear-wheel hub.
