Firestone Vintage Tires Vintage Radial F560 tires are the world's best selling line of vintage bias tires. Firestone F560 radial tires are a perfect choice for small sports cars. Sizing options allow for many fitments, and this blackwall radial tire is a favorite among Austin Healey, MG, Fiat, Porsche, Volkswagen, Citroen and Renault enthusiasts. Made in original molds to maintain authenticity. Authentic Firestone lettering embossed in the whitewalls where applicable. Backed by Coker's life of the tread warranty.

The tread design and compound offer great dry and wet handling, while the tall sidewall and narrow tread profile provide the right look for many vintage sports cars. The Firestone F560 is a steel belted radial with P speed rating. All Firestone F560 tires are DOT and ECE approved.

tread pattern

Comment:

Would like to see the old Dunlop tread pattern with the narrow grooves which are not so prone to throw gravel. With the rolled in body of the E-type the wider rain grooves pick up gravel and beat up the paint. Really liked the choice of white wall width and location.

Went to a local tire shop looking for standard issue tire for my 69 VW convertible. Quoted me a price nearly twice what I got it for from Performance Plus.

These tires fit well on my morris minor rim. Having had a local tire shop install the wrong tire, I am much happier with the ride and safety provided by these reproduction classic tires.

Good basic tire

Comment:

I am using this for the front wheel of my Reliant Robin and it is a good, smooth-running tire. It is able to carry 716 lbs at 44 psi, so the steering is a lot lighter than with my old 32 psi tires. They come with about 1/4" of tread, but for the price, I guess that's ok.
