9six9 Wheels SIX-1 Deep Truck - Carbon Gray Rim

We apply full OEM systems to the development and manufacture of the 9SIX9 wheels. Starting with design verification plan and report, design failure mode and effect analysis, finite element analysis, and mold study. After the mold development, we check the initial wheel with coordinate measuring machine, impact testing, bending test, radial fatigue testing, deformation testing, rigidity testing, resonance frequency, and vibration test. Before production, we analyze the tensile, elongation, hardness of the raw material, X-ray, leak test, paint adhesion, impact, chipping resistance test, corrosion test, chemical test, and also accelerated weather test.
