After the mold development, we check the initial wheel with coordinate measuring machine, impact testing, bending test, radial fatigue testing, deformation testing, rigidity testing, resonance frequency, and vibration test. Before production, we analyze the tensile, elongation, hardness of the raw material, X-ray, leak test, paint adhesion, impact, chipping resistance test, corrosion test, chemical test, and also accelerated weather test.
