This is an authentic Michelin Pilote Sport 600R16 radial tire. This classic 6.00-16 tire is an incredible fitment on cars from the thirties all the way to the sixties. This is an excellent tire for OE fitment and custom applications alike. These 6.00-16 tires are built in the authentic molds by Michelin and exclusively distributed in North America by Coker Tire Company. Michelin is the undisputed leader in tire quality and performance with a long history of tire technology innovation. It recalls the high performance and high sidewall tyres of the 50s and 60s. This size 6.00 R 16 exclusive profile was developed by Michelin to withstand the challenge of high speeds (Speed index W = 270 km/h -168 mph-) that could be reached by the Jaguar XK 150 or Aston Martin DB. Its radial-ply structure provides excellent handling and asymmetric tread blocks helps reduce rolling noise.
